We were instantly excited to be staying there, the building and design are really cool, yet very open and welcoming. It felt like staying in a hostel as we wanted, yet it was so well run, organized, and clean, it felt a good step above from other similar places we have stayed. The check in process was easy, and everyone checked which language was best for us and helped us with everything we needed, even going above and beyond to help us print some documents we needed. We rented bikes for 15 euros each, and had breakfast for 10 each. Even the souvenirs were really cheaply priced. The courtyard was lively in the evening but was cleared before midnight for those ready for bed. There were a mix of every kind of traveler from many places end everyone was well taken care of happy to be there. The shared kitchen helped keep our budget down, and the room was bigger and cleaner than other 4 person bunk rooms, and had its own bathroom. It is directly across the street from the tram and train stations and has grocery stores, restaurants and other options right in the neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this week, perfect location for a city break with excellent transport links right on the doorstep. Local shopping mall, restaurants along with lots of information available at reception on things to do across the city. Staff were always super helpful, the housekeepers came in every day and we were very impressed with our en-suite room... which we weren't expecting from a destination billed as a hostel. Great outdoor courtyard area, pool table available in reception along with sofas to chill out at and tables to sit at and have a drink from the bar. A fantastic place to stay the we will return to... well done to all the staff!!

Very close to a U-Bahn and S-Bahn station with good links to the city centre and airport. A few bars and restaurants nearby, plus sights like the East Side Gallery. Pretty cool neighbourhood but quite noisy - just take earplugs. Hostel itself is modern, clean and functional. Our room and bathroom were big enough and had all we needed, except no soap in the shower, and no AC. The hostel itself was quiet enough. Lift to upper floors was useful. Lovely helpful staff at reception Luggage storage, plus payable lockers for valuables. Coffee, beer and snacks available from Reception. Would definitely recommend, certainly the ensuite private rooms.

The room was clean, the windows were facing the courtyard, so I did not hear disturbing sounds from the main street. It's not a 5 star hotel, but everything is there for a comfortable stay, since you don't need to go to Berlin to sit in a room, right. The street near the hotel is lively, with bars, the Uber Arena, and the Berlin Wall, everything is 5 minutes away on foot. To the TV tower, I walked for about 35-40 minutes, but I'm used to walking so it's nothing for me. Nevertheless, the hotel is close to the city trains, it is stations to Alexanderplatz.

I usually try to book hostel rooms only for women so I was a bit worried this time around. Luckily there were a lot of women staying, attending the same concert and we were coincidently roomed together. The beds were comfy, the window was big. The location was good; the Uber eats Arena and tram stop "Warschauer Straße" was a 10 minute walk away. The reception has comfy sofas to chill in and charge your phone, even if you're already checked out. I appreciated being able to stay for a bit because I needed to urgently book concert tickets.
